Our CORE classes take place @ Fave UK, a brand new, light-filled studio just off Park Street with plenty of on site parking.
At the same venue you’ll find a fantastic wellbeing cafe stocked with delicious treats and drinks, and an array of innovative 1-2-1 holistic therapies and treatments if desired, to complete your uplifting experience
Led by Lisa or Sara and set to inspiring music, a Tai Chi warm up is followed by an energising yoga flow, with options demonstrated so you can challenge yourself as much as you like. Pilates follows, to further engage and strengthen the core and increase flexibility, and we round off with deep relaxation. Ohmmm…
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and can lead to better health. Regular practice improves breathing and promotes mindfulness. Take it from us - it can be life changing! Strengthening the core through Pilates results in better posture, improved flexibility and helps protect against injury
A former celebrity and travel journalist and a teacher-turned-health and wellness consultant, Lisa and Sara met in 2017 and felt an instant connection. Both mums-of-two who retrained as yoga and Pilates instructors under the LES MILLS™ fitness organisation, their shared passion for yoga combined with their easy friendship led to the birth of CORE, uniquely choreographed by the duo and tailored specifically to their clients in the Radlett area.
