Our Sunday (10am) CORE classes take place @ Thrive, an airy, light-filled studio at buzzy Battlers Green Farm - ideal for a quick spot of pre or post class shopping and coffee or brunch with friends! Free on site parking

Led by Lisa or Sara, an uplifting Tai Chi warm up is followed by an energising yoga flow, with options demonstrated so you can challenge yourself as you see fit. A former celebrity and travel journalist and a teacher-turned-health and wellness consultant, Lisa and Sara met in 2017 and felt an instant connection.
